With the user-friendly app offered by the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), individuals can engage in mindfulness meditation anywhere and at any time. This app not only provides guidance but also offers meditations in multiple languages, allowing a wider audience to benefit from the practice. Scientific research has proven that mindfulness can effectively manage stress-related physical conditions, reduce anxiety and depression, and foster positive emotions.

Mindfulness entails being fully present in the current moment with an open and curious mindset, as well as a willingness to embrace our experiences. Through consistent practice facilitated by this app, users can establish a meditation routine that integrates mindfulness into their daily lives.

This app includes the following features:
