With the user-friendly app offered by the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), individuals can engage in mindfulness meditation anywhere and at any time. This app includes the following features:

 <li>Weekly Podcasts: Engage in drop-in meditation sessions offered by UCLA's Hammer Museum. These 30-minute guided meditations cover various themes and can be easily searched for and bookmarked.</li>
 <li>Personal Timer: Allows users to set their own meditation duration for independent practice.</li>
